Booking / Inquiry

Cancellations must be made in writing.
The guest is obligated to pay the following price to the hotel in case of non-use of the hotel services for the booked and promised period. Cancellation is free of charge until 5 days before the day of arrival. After this, cancellation fees are 80% of the total costs.
In case of early departure, the total booked time will be charged.
Should the provision of the accommodation due to force majeure not be possible, the hotel can not be held liable.

Our reception is not opened permanently.

On demand the key will be deposited in the key safe. 

Therefore we are pleased if you could tell us your estimated time of arrival.
