Cancellations must be made in writing.
In the event of non-utilization of hotel services for the booked and confirmed period, the guest is obligated to pay the following price to the hotel. For cancellations made 5 days or less before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total cost applies.
In the event of early departure, the total booked period will be charged.
The hotel cannot be held liable if the provision of accommodation is not possible due to force majeure.

Our reception is not staffed at all times.
We are happy to leave your room key in the key safe at the front door upon arrival, so you can check in flexibly and easily.Please let us know your planned arrival time in advance so we can send you the corresponding code.
